Location of Assyria
The location of Assyria was important because it had the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers flowing through it which provided water, food and fertile soil. The Tigris and Euphrates rivers helped keep the Assyrians alive and to make life easier. Also, Assyria was in a location where it had many surrounding civilizations with good resources that the Assyrians conquered that also helped them survive. The location of Assyria was important because it provided food and water to help the civilization thrive.
